High Speed Bottom Mounted Gear Motor
The bottom-mounted version of our high-speed drive: the motor sits under the conveyor and drives it through a separate timing belt.
Position the high-speed drive beneath the conveyor and connect it through a separate timing belt, placing the motor, drive connection and service approach below the product path.
Design it in CAD and export STEP files, or let our engineers design it.

How it fits
How it fits your conveyor.
Below the product path
The gearmotor below the frame drives the conveyor through a timing belt that is separate from the surface carrying the product.
In practiceThe motor uses the space under the conveyor while products run above it.
Planning the underside
The motor, timing-belt path and mounts share the underside with stands and cross-braces. We arrange them around the product path with access to the drive connections; the full arrangement still has to fit the machine.
Drive position
Where each drive sits on the conveyor
The drive goes where the machine leaves room: on the shaft, in line with it, at a right angle, or underneath the frame.

Service and support
Service access
Access underneath covers the motor mounts, the timing-belt connection and the electrical route. A drive that fits between supports also needs a path out for service; we plan that with the stand, braces and nearby equipment.

Tell us what it needs to move.
New installation or an existing conveyor, a brief description is all we need. We design and configure the rest.
Talk to an engineer115V single-phase AC, 230/460V three-phase AC and brushless DC, matched with the controller and electrical connections. Bottom mounting puts the drive under the conveying surface; the inline version couples directly. The difference is where each fits and how it’s reached.
No. Power, torque and RPM figures are references for the drive package, not conveyor load or belt-speed ratings. The selected motor, reduction ratio and duty decide the actual output; we confirm them for your conveyor.
