3 guide arrangements

Side guides, set to the product.

Guides contain, separate, hold down, divert or stop the product, from a fixed rail to fully adjustable guidance at the sides and above.

The modular system uses UHMW contact surfaces in several rail profiles, and rails and accessories can be removed and replaced as the arrangement changes. Our engineers select the profile, adjustment method and accessories with the conveyor.

Changeovers and accessories

Built to change with your products.

Adjustment hardware, dividers, stops and liners fit the same rails, so the arrangement can grow with the line.

  1. Tool-less width adjustment

Tool-free adjustment hardware is available. Optional collars give two preset sideways positions for switching products; setting the collars needs tools. Guided, non-rotating cross blocks keep the mechanism aligned.

  2. Lane dividers

Upper and lower rails adjust independently, and in the adjustable-divider arrangement nothing extends below the lower rail. A solid UHMW divider is also available.

  3. Adjustable end stops

Position and remove end stops along the rail without tools. Works with rail types A to E.

  4. Width extenders

For wider products: one set adds 1.25 in between the guides; another lets most End-Drive conveyors carry products up to 2 in wider than the belt; on Center Drive the gap can be 3 in wider than listed. They widen the guide gap only, not the belt or its load rating.

  5. Liners and finishes

Standard and high-temperature UHMW liners, custom sizes and finishes, and cushioning on fixed guides for delicate items, matched to product contact, temperature and cleaning.

  6. Diverters and hold-downs

The modular system also includes diverters and hold-downs, removable and replaceable as the arrangement changes.

Dimensions and choices

Three dimensions, set for your conveyor.

Rail height, bracket height and adjustment travel are separate dimensions. Full D and H values depend on the conveyor series, rail profile, bracket, rod length and collars.

Warranty
10 years
W is belt width, D the distance between rails, H the height from rail center to belt.
Contact surfaces
UHMW liners in several rail profiles
Brackets
Standard, medium or high; 3 in F and 4 in G rails need medium or high
Adjustment
Fixed, screw-adjustable or two-axis quick-set
Quick-set rods
4 in or 6 in; usable travel depends on the full arrangement
Supplied as
One side or a set of two sides
Drawings
The brochure and technical drawings use different rail and mounting codes; the drawing for your conveyor sets usable width, mounting height and guide position.
