Information we collect

When you send an enquiry, request a quote or ask for engineering help, we collect the details you give us.

• Name, email address and company
• Phone number, if you provide one
• Your description of the application, and any product or page the enquiry is about
• Anything else you choose to include in a message or attachment

Website analytics and cookies

Cloudflare Web Analytics measures page visits and website performance without analytics cookies. Our hosting and security services also process technical request information to keep the website available and protect it from abuse.

If you allow analytics, Google Analytics uses cookies to help us understand visits, navigation, document downloads, use of website tools and successful enquiry submissions. We do not send enquiry text, names, email addresses, phone numbers or uploaded files to Google Analytics. Advertising features are disabled.

You can allow or decline Google Analytics and change your choice at any time using Privacy choices in the footer. Declining does not affect the forms or other website features. We store your choice in your browser for up to six months.

How we use information

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, design and quote equipment, provide support, and keep records of our dealings with customers. We do not sell your personal information.

Website enquiry services

Cloudflare hosts the website, checks form submissions for spam with Turnstile, and stores submitted enquiries in a database. Resend sends email notifications to our team. These services process the information needed to provide those functions. The forms do not send automatic marketing or confirmation emails.

The enquiry database does not retain raw IP addresses. Short-lived security counters use hashed identifiers; our hosting and security providers may separately process technical request information to protect their services.

Sharing

We share information only where needed to serve you, for example with distributors or service providers who help us operate the website and respond to enquiries, or where the law requires it.

Retention and security

We keep enquiry and customer records for as long as they are needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and use reasonable measures to protect them.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, using the details below.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
