Timing-belt conveyors for indexing and synchronized motion
AccuMove
The timing-belt conveyor in our range: it stops parts at working positions, reverses, and runs in step with other conveyors.
AccuMove carries parts through assembly, inspection, laser imprinting and packaging. We select the belt, drive and product support for your application.
Design it in CAD and export STEP files, or let our engineers design it.

Features
Engineered for the job it does every day.

Primary feature
Indexing, reversing and synchronized movement
AccuMove supports three kinds of motion: indexing, which moves parts in steps between working positions; synchronized movement, with several conveyors moving together; and reversing, travel in either direction.
In practiceOne conveyor type covers stop-and-go stations, two-way travel and lines of conveyors moving together.
Self-tracking belt and tension calibration
Each unit combines a self-tracking belt arrangement with a precise tension calibration system that gives a reference for setting belt tension.
In practiceThe belt keeps itself on track, and tension is set to a reference rather than by feel.

Reinforced belts and sealed bearings
Solid urethane timing belts with steel or Kevlar tension members and a nylon coating. Bearings are sealed for life.
In practiceNo routine bearing lubrication in your maintenance schedule.
One-piece steel frame
A powder-coated, one-piece 10-gauge steel frame. Optional aluminum rails with two T-slots per side for mounting accessories.
Maintenance at a glance
Built to be maintained, not just to run.

Technical specifications
The numbers, with their conditions.
Belt width and overall conveyor width are separate dimensions. Belt speed is how fast the belt travels, not an indexing cycle rate or a positioning-accuracy rating.

One conveyor, one complete system.
We design the drive, guides and stand with the conveyor, from the same modular system, so the parts are designed to work together.
Questions engineers ask
Tell us what happens at each station.
And what you need to move. We design and configure an AccuMove conveyor for the application; a brief description is all we need to start.
Talk to an engineerBelt widths include 50, 75, 100, 150, 300 and 450 mm, with nominal lengths from 24 to 120 in (610 to 3048 mm). Custom widths and lengths can be requested.
The 17-tooth arrangement is the lower profile, at 2.89 in high. The 25-tooth, at 3.39 in, takes larger welded profiles and is recommended for side loading or unloading, magnetic applications and multiple belts at higher speeds.
No. The belt runs at up to 2,000 ft/min, but that is a travel speed, not an indexing cycle rate or a positioning-accuracy rating.
Stepper, servo or brushless DC motors, all with position verification. We match the drive to the movement, load and machine controls.
Yes. FlexLoc removable holders or sub-plates are available on special order, with holder pitch in 10 mm increments.
Magnetic, vacuum and washdown configurations are available on special order. We select the arrangement for the product and the operating environment.
