Our history
One problem, two generations.
Conveyor Technologies started with one question: why do conveyors need so much attention?
This is how the answer became a company, and a modular system of 14 conveyors.

Timeline
01
The beginning
Charles Mitchell founds Conveyor Technologies in Milford, Ohio
He kept seeing conveyors that needed too much maintenance and too many belt replacements, and every interruption cost the businesses using them. He set out to change the engineering decisions behind those problems.
02
The system
One patented modular concept
Rather than a different design for every job, the company built its low-profile conveyors on one modular concept. Components interchange between conveyor types and share standard drives and accessories.
How we design conveyors03
The range
From one conveyor to a complete range
The range grew to indexing, inspection and specialist conveyors, among them AccuMove, AccuVision, FlexLoc and Multi-Flex VSC, with drives, side guides and stands to complete each arrangement.

Next generation
Anthony Mitchell leads the company
Charles’s son Anthony now leads Conveyor Technologies, bringing sales and engineering together and working directly with customers on system design and troubleshooting.
Today
Milford, Ohio
14 conveyors, 7 drive arrangements, one system
Still family-owned, still in Milford, Ohio, and still focused on the problem that started it all: conveyors that fit the job and are simple to keep running.
About us
What hasn’t changed
Same family, same town, same question.
The range has grown to 14 conveyors. The standard every one is held to hasn’t moved.
Same family
Founded by Charles Mitchell and led today by his son Anthony, whose team designs and stands behind every conveyor we build.
Same town
Milford, Ohio has been home from the start, and it’s where we design, support and stand behind every conveyor.
Same question
Can it be kept running? It’s the question the company was founded on, and the one each design still has to answer.
Earlier equipment
Still running one of our earlier conveyors?
We’d like to hear about it. We’ll find documents, belts and parts for it, even without a model number.
