Features
Engineered for the job it does every day.
Primary feature
Internal LED backlighting
High-intensity LED modules shine through a translucent belt to form a bright, uniform inspection background. It lights part profiles and appearance for manual inspection or an automated vision system; viewed by an overhead camera, products appear as silhouettes against the belt.
The modules resist damage from shock and vibration, and they operate without frequency oscillation, which supports use with high-speed digital cameras.
In practiceThe backlight is part of the conveyor, not a separate fixture, and its steady light suits high-speed cameras.
Two-minute belt change with open-stand mounting
When AccuVision is mounted on Conveyor Technologies' open stand design, the open side provides the access to remove the belt, allowing a two-minute belt change.

T-slot accessory mounting
Dual T-slots in the extruded aluminum side rails provide mounting points for auxiliary devices.

Talk to an engineerNo. They are separate dimensions. Belt widths include 2½ to 24 in, and there are six LED light-field widths from 2 to 12 in. We select both for your parts.
White and red LEDs are available. We choose the color and light-field width for the inspection task.
The LED modules run without frequency oscillation, which suits high-speed digital cameras. Camera and control compatibility, including synchronization, depends on the proposed system.
AccuVision is used in cleanroom and high-precision inspection systems. Suitability depends on the cleanroom class and cleaning conditions.
