Conveyors for Pharmaceutical Packaging & Inspection

Present every package to the printer, scanner or camera the same way.

We combine conveyor motion, holders and inspection backlighting around your package, the space in the machine and your cleaning environment, from serialization through labeling and secondary packaging.

Dual Belt Indexing Conveyor
Package travel connects print, scan and inspection positions with the next packaging operation.

Serialization and code inspection

Print quality, code verification and serialization performance depend on the complete line and its equipment.

  • Position the package

Timing belts move each package through a defined cycle; a holder turns the right surface to the print head or scanner. The belt controls travel, the holder controls orientation.

  • Keep pace with adjacent stations

Variable-speed drives follow the stations around them. Flat belts carry cases on through secondary packaging and aggregation, a different job from positioning one package for a scan.

02How it works

Vision inspection

  1. The right background

Flat belts give a continuous surface for cameras above; timing belts and guided holders position the package when a specific feature must face the camera.

  2. Light the profile

AccuVision shines LED light up through a translucent belt, so packages show as clean silhouettes for edge and outline checks, by camera or by eye.

  3. Fit the enclosure and the reject timing

Low-profile frames fit under inspection enclosures. When a reject point follows, capture and reject timing are set by the inspection equipment and controls.

Internal backlighting provides an illuminated background for profile and edge inspection.

Labeling and secondary packaging

  • Bottles, cartons and cases

Timing-belt conveyors position packages for wraparound, front-back and top labeling, holding the labeled surface in view.

  • Keep products apart

Cleats space and separate products; low-profile layouts feed cartoners, case packers and bundlers.

  • Connect to the machine

Belt width, length, drive placement and mounting are chosen around the packaging equipment.

04Conditions

Cleaning and controlled environments

Options include stainless steel frames, a range of belt materials and sealed-for-life bearings, with no routine relubrication and no lubricant to reach the product. Cleaning chemicals, product contact and access decide the construction, and we identify the documentation for your environment.

Cleanroom use depends on the classification and contamination controls; suitability belongs to the selected components and conditions.
