How it fits

How it fits your conveyor.

  1. Set the product-contact height

The rail profile and bracket decide where the guide meets the product. Rail height, mounting height and the gap between guides are different parts of the arrangement.

In practiceThe guide touches the product where you want it to, every time.

  2. Modular rails and accessories

Rails come off and go back on as the arrangement changes. Lane dividers, end stops and other accessories add more ways to guide or contain the product.

Options

Configured for your line.

  • Rail profiles and brackets

Standard, medium and high brackets. The 3 in F and 4 in G rails need medium or high brackets. We match the profile and bracket to the product contact you need.

  • Liners and cushioning

UHMW (ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene) gives a low-friction sliding surface between rail and product. Standard and high-temperature liners and cushioning for delicate items.

Technical details

The numbers, with their scope.

The Side Guides Brochure and Technical Drawings use different rail and mounting codes. The drawing for your conveyor sets usable width, mounting height and guide position.

Service and support

Service access

With the rail fasteners reachable, a worn rail or liner can be replaced within the modular arrangement. We position the brackets around nearby drives and machine parts so those points stay accessible.
