How it fits

How it fits your conveyor.

  1. Side and upper guidance

Side guides set the path along the belt; the hold-down rail sits above the product. We position these surfaces around the part or package, including areas that must stay free of contact.

In practiceProducts that could lift, tip or ride up stay in place, while areas that mustn’t be touched stay clear.

  2. Position the guiding surfaces

Two-axis adjustment changes guide width and contact height. The hold-down length, rod mounting and locking are chosen for the product and the access around it.

Options

Configured for your line.

  • Guide hardware and presets

Screw-adjustable and quick-set arrangements, optional tool-free hardware and preset collars for product changes. Collars give two sideways positions; adjusting them needs tools.

  • Materials and contact

Anodized aluminum brackets with UHMW contact surfaces; standard and high-temperature liners and custom configurations.

Service and support

Service access

The upper rail adds adjustment points above the product as well as beside the belt. We coordinate rods and locks with overhead equipment, the machine frame and access for product changes.

The applicable guide drawing sets the contact positions and clearances.
