How it fits

How it fits your conveyor.

  1. Width and height adjustment

Sideways adjustment changes the space between the guides; vertical adjustment changes how high the guide touches the product. They’re separate movements, so the rail can be set for each product.

In practiceA product change means moving the guides, not replacing them.

  2. Guided adjustment

Guided, non-rotating cross blocks keep the adjustment aligned. Quick-set arrangements use 4 in or 6 in rods, chosen for the guide position and the space beside the conveyor.

Options

Configured for your line.

  • Tool-free hardware and presets

Tool-free adjustment hardware is available. Optional collars give two preset sideways positions for switching between products; setting the collars themselves needs tools.

  • Contact surfaces and accessories

Standard and high-temperature UHMW liners, custom configurations and detachable arrangements, selected around the product and cleaning access.

Technical details

The numbers, with their scope.

The Side Guides Brochure and Technical Drawings use different rail and mounting codes. The drawing for your conveyor sets usable width, mounting height and guide position.

Service and support

Service access

Guide rods and locking points need room for the adjustment. We coordinate guide travel with the machine frame, guarding and access to conveyor parts.

The applicable drawing shows usable guide travel and bracket position for your conveyor; a longer rod alone doesn’t set the opening between rails.
