Maintenance
Our conveyors are designed so routine maintenance is quick. Where a procedure depends on your arrangement, we’ll confirm the right one for you.
Our low-profile conveyors use sealed, lubricated-for-life bearings, so there’s no routine relubrication. AccuVision is one example.
The belt, drive and other components keep their own maintenance requirements, and we’ll find the information for the components on your conveyor.
Belt care depends on the conveyor: the belt material, tracking system and belt-release mechanism decide which procedure applies.
Our belt calibration system has a gauge on each side that shows belt length and tension position. On conveyors with a pivoting tail release, the tail moves back to create slack while keeping the calibration setting.

Step-by-step adjustment for the calibrated tension/track adjuster, the rack-and-pinion tail and the eccentric tail. Tracking is adjusted on the side opposite the drive, while the conveyor is running.
Working near the motor? Let it cool first; motor temperatures can reach 170–225°F. We’ll confirm the right procedure for your conveyor.
