Description

The Multi-Flex VSC (Variable Shape Conveyor) system provides modular angled conveying for elevation changes and directional transitions. Available in "S" and "T" Series, these conveyors assemble into eight configurations for horizontal-to-incline, incline-to-horizontal, and combination elevation applications.

Belt widths range from 7.5" to 24" with load capacity up to 200 lbs depending on configuration. The system accommodates changing production layouts and space constraints while maintaining precise belt tracking through self-cleaning roller vee guides and sealed maintenance-free bearings.

Modular Frame Configuration

Three IO GA steel frame sections position independently at 30°, 45°, or 60° angles with ±7.5° fine-tuning. Each section shortens in 3" increments, enabling exact dimensional fit without custom fabrication. Maximum system length of 300" provides flexibility for extended material flow paths while maintaining compact installation profiles.
